• Pet owners to discover and contact pet service providers
• Businesses to list their pet-related services
• Users to read and write reviews

PetLocal does not provide pet services directly. We are a marketplace that connects users with independent service providers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Business Listings

If you are a service provider listing your business, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain valid ABN registration (where applicable)
• Hold appropriate insurance for your services
• Comply with all relevant Australian laws and regulations
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PetLocal does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by listed businesses. We are not responsible for interactions between users and service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PetLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services obtained through it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PetLocal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
